In case of a school closing or early dismissal, ActingOut will not meet. If you are uncertain about whether or not ActingOut will be meeting, please call Jodi at 355-3040 ext. 107.
Fall 2008
Tuesday, September 30 ConVal High School in class performance at 1:40pm. After School performance at 2:30pm. First will be some Playback and Improv games, then premiering whatever we have so far for the peer pressure material to get some feedback on it.
Wednesday, October 1 Fall Mountain High School: Performance of Inspiring Hope and What About Me (Diversity material) 7:30am and 9am.
Friday, October 3 Club Cannon First Friday Performance at 6:30pm. Mostly Playback with no particular theme and some games for about an hour or a little less.
Tuesday, October 7 Keene State College Mental Health Awareness Day 6:30pm in the Owls Cafe. Inspiring Hope performance (1 hour max, possibly shorter).
Tuesday, October 21 ConVal High School Red Ribbon Week program: Premiere of "Because I'm With Them. . ." peer pressure material. 2:30pm in their theatre. I will pick up Keene High folks at 1:30pm at Keene High. Others who can make it need to meet up with me at ActingOut at 1:15pm.
Friday, October 24 Keene High School (Red Ribbon Week) during the school day sometime, possibly twice. "Because I'm With Them. . ." peer pressure material. LGIA classroom
Wednesday, November 5 “Because I’m With Them...” An Exploration of Peer Pressure at The Compass School in Bellows Falls, VT for their Health Week. Performance at 12:45 p.m.
Thursday, December 4 World AIDS Day programming at Keene State College, some revised material around the Witnessing AIDS theme. Night Owl's Cafe. 8 p.m.
24 Hour Improv Extravaganza! Join us from 6:30 p.m. on Friday, January 9 until 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 10 for the 3rd Annual 24 Hour Improvathon! The event will be held at 24 Vernon St, Keene, NH in the MANY Options/ActingOut space. This is our big fundraiser! The 24 Hour Improv Extravaganza is free and open to the public at all hours. Great for the whole family! Monetary or food donations will be gratefully accepted!
